Shipping Policy

We ship using carrier-based rates calculated at checkout. Costs are determined by order weight and destination.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), unless otherwise noted.

Oversized & Freight Items (e.g., Glitterville, display pieces):

These may require freight shipping due to size/weight. If your order includes a freight item, we’ll email the exact shipping price for approval. We will not ship freight items until you approve the additional charge.

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Method: Customer provides the return shipping label and must retain tracking as proof of return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging.
  • Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to accepted returns.
  • Refund type: Store credit or exchange. (Original shipping is non-refundable.)

How to start a return: Email melissah@merryavriett.com for authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and email melissah@merryavriett.com within 14 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Please retain all shipping materials and provide as many photos as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care/beauty items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Freight/oversized items once shipped

For fastest service, place a new order and initiate a return for store credit on the original item.
