Shipping policy

We ship all orders using carrier-based shipping rates calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and your shipping address.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within our standard processing times (please allow 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted).

Oversized & Freight Items

Some items (such as Glitterville products, display pieces, or other oversized/overweight merchandise) may require freight shipping due to size or weight restrictions.

  • If your order contains a freight item, we will contact you directly with the exact shipping charges.

  • Your order will not ship until you have reviewed and approved the additional freight cost.

Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Once your package is scanned by the carrier, tracking updates are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
